About The Role

As a Supply Chain Manager at MegaPleasure, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our supply chain processes, ensuring product availability, quality, and timely delivery. You will play a pivotal role in our commitment to quality, discretion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage the supply chain operations to meet customer demands while optimising costs and inventory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating agreements to secure quality products and favourable terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast product demand, ensuring sufficient stock levels to meet customer orders.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to streamline operations, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, orders, and shipments.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support.

Skills & Experience

• BA in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the adult industry or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, production, and logistics.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build/maintain supplier relationships.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Discretion and respect for customer privacy.
