About The Role 

As a Procurement Manager at MegaPleasure, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products. You will lead our procurement team and contribute to our commitment to quality, discretion, and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality materials and products while optimizing costs.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate agreements, and establish long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance, including quality, reliability, and delivery, and address any issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, costs, and supplier information.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best procurement practices.
• Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Skills & Experience

• BA in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in the adult industry or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven procurement decisions.
• Effective communication and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Discretion and respect for customer privacy.
