About The Role

As a Data Analyst at MegaPleasure, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive our business decisions. You will play a crucial role in our commitment to quality, discretion, and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and process data from various sources, including sales, website analytics, and customer behaviour data.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators, helping inform business strategies.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualise and communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for data-driven improvements.
• Assist in the development of A/B tests and experiments to optimise website performance and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with data analysis best practices and industry trends.
• Prepare and present data reports to management and team members.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce or similar industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling.
• Discretion and respect for customer privacy.
