Joy Division FAQs
How Do You Insert Joy Division Soft Tampons?
To insert a soft tampon, ensure your hands are washed before starting. To ease application, you can apply a small amount of lubricant to the dry tampon or dampen it with clean water (but squeeze out the water to maintain its absorbency). Take the usual position to insert the tampon, either sitting or squatting over the toilet. Place your index finger on one of the flat sides of the tampon, hold the tampon at the side between your thumb and middle finger and squeeze it together. Place your fingers in the trough on the underside and insert it like a conventional tampon. The menstrual sponge sits perfectly when it clings to the cervix.
How Do You Remove the Joy Division Soft Tampon?
With clean hands, take the optimal position for removal: preferably squat with broad legs. Press a little so that the tampon is pressed out. This works best when it is full. Grasp the grip tab with one finger and pull out the tampon.
How Often Should I Change My Joy Division Soft Tampons?
It is advised to change Joy Division soft tampons at regular intervals, much like other tampons. You should change then at regular intervals, approximately every 4 to 6 hours, and avoid leaving them in for than 8 hours. To reduce the risk of infection, it’s important to change soft tampons after swimming or after sexual intercourse without condoms.
