Wet Look Basques & Bustiers FAQs
What’s the difference between a wet look basque and a wet look bustier?
A basque is a piece of lingerie that looks similar to a corset with cups for the breasts. A basque may have boning like a corset, but it won’t reduce your waist. A Bustier is a shorter garment than a basque and is usually the style of a longline bra in shape. A bustier smooths the upper part of your torso however doesn’t restrict with bones.
How do you wear a wet look basque or wet look bustier?
Wet look basques are great for those who have a larger bust as they offer a great amount of support whilst the material creates an hourglass shape around your waist. Wet look bustiers can be worn as underwear with matching knickers and are great for pushing up the bust.
